Location near Umeda & Osaka station- convenient to travel around; quite spacious for a hotel room in major city of Japan; decent amenities & facilities in room- air purifier + humidifier, massage machine, ice + microwave in certain floors; phone chargers provided; friendly staff and be aware that the main entrance will be locked after 11pm but the counter is 24hr, so press on the door bell to enter hotel pass midnight; decent breakfast with hot food in Japanese and western style

The location is closer to the Osaka Station. I love to walk around and would love to stay more days if i want to explore more places. The room was so good and very clean. The colors is so beautiful - Blue. Doesn't matter if the room is small as long as I'm very comfortable. Staff were great and very understandable. It went very smoothly.

Really nice business hotel. Comfortable beds, decent sized room. Short walk to Osaka Station, quiet. Great price.

the room is hotter than I expected and there is no central AC. the distance to the train station is a bit far but manageable.

The amenities were nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was a decent mix of Japanese and Western dishes, and I was able to ship my luggage to another hotel in Tokyo.

The location is around a 10 minute walk to JR Osaka Station and Fukushima Station.

The location was good and the cleanliness .

It shows that it was good for a family of 4 however it is not. Two tweens for 2 adults and 2 kids and no space for anything else. (Probably good for a solo traveler) Also, the option for the included breakfast was not good.

Good options for changing towers without having the staff to clean the room daily.

It is further than it looks from the train and subway. The included breakfast is really just a few pieces of bread and some soup.

To the Management of Del Style Osaka Shin Umeda by Daiwa Roynet Hotel,Greetings,My name is Abeer Falah Alfahad, and I had a reservation at your hotel from July 8th to July 15th, 2025, with a pay-at-hotel option. However, the full amount for the stay was pre-authorized on my credit card without my prior approval.On July 13th, I decided to check out two days early and informed your staff, requesting a refund for the remaining two nights. I was told that only one night could be refunded since it was after 6:00 PM.What happened next was highly unprofessional. One of your staff members, without my knowledge or permission, refunded the entire amount to my credit card. She then informed me that the hotel would charge the full amount again, minus one night’s fee.I explained that this action was unacceptable, as refunded amounts remain on hold on credit cards for several days and are not immediately available. I asked her to simply charge the correct amount directly, but she refused and said she would need to consult the manager.To my surprise, the police were suddenly called to the hotel. The staff handed them the invoice, treating me as if I were a criminal or attempting to avoid payment, even though I was still present at the hotel and waiting for a resolution. I communicated with the police using a Japanese translation app, explained the situation, and thankfully they understood my position.I am extremely disappointed with how your employee treated me — with disrespect, mockery, and a complete lack of professionalism. This experience completely ruined my stay and reflected a very poor image of the hospitality Japan is known for.This was my first and will be my last time staying at your hotel. I will not recommend your establishment to any other traveler, and I sincerely hope your management takes this matter seriously and addresses the unacceptable behavior I encountered.Sincerely,Abeer Falah Alfahad

When I needed to attend a meeting in Tokyo, they gave me a full refund, even though they didn't have to.
